How it works
Hire an agent in three steps
Connect your store
One-click connect for Shopify. Your agent reads orders, products, inventory, and customers — your access tokens never enter an AI context.
Set the guardrails
Decide what runs automatically and what needs your sign-off. Refunds over $50? Approval. Tracking updates? Automatic. You're in control from day one.
Approve from anywhere
Agents report and request approvals in Slack, WhatsApp, or email. Every action lands in an immutable audit log. No new dashboard to live in.

FAQ
Questions, answered
What is Storeworkers?
Storeworkers is a platform of prebuilt AI agents that run repetitive ecommerce operations — order exceptions, catalog management, inventory replenishment, and customer support triage. Each agent works like a trained employee: it monitors your store around the clock, drafts actions, and waits for your approval before anything irreversible happens.
Which ecommerce platforms does Storeworkers support?
Storeworkers launches with Shopify, with WooCommerce and BigCommerce support on the near-term roadmap. Agents are built on a platform-neutral data model, so the same agent works across platforms — and moves with you if you ever replatform.
Will an agent take actions on my store without my approval?
No. Every destructive or customer-facing action goes through an approval flow you control. You decide, per agent, what runs automatically and what requires a human sign-off. Every action is recorded in an immutable audit trail.
How is Storeworkers different from Shopify Sidekick?
Sidekick is a free assistant that answers questions while you are inside the Shopify admin. Storeworkers agents work when you are not there: they live in your Slack, WhatsApp, and email, act across Shopify and other platforms, remember your business over time, and carry out multi-step operations with approvals and audit trails. Sidekick assists; Storeworkers operates.
How much does Storeworkers cost?
Individual agents run from $199 to $349 per store per month. Most merchants replace 15–40 hours of weekly manual work — the equivalent of a part-time hire at a fraction of the cost. Agencies get volume pricing and white-label reporting with Agency Command.
Can agencies use Storeworkers for their clients?
Yes. Agency Command gives agencies one console across all client stores, white-label reports, per-client approval policies, and volume pricing. Many of our earliest users are agencies replacing manual retainer work with agents.
